I was putting my son to bed, and I said, "I feel like writing a computer program, but I don't have any ideas," and he said, "make something that draws Star Wars characters with words," and I had most of the code for that kind of thing lying around, and here it is.

Nice!
Kids have all the answers...
I'm very impressed. Looks like a candidate extension to Wordle.
Wordle is absolutely fascinating! For my masters graphic design project I chose to work on the visual interpretation of poetry. The intersection where words become images and vice-versa is a rich area for design exploration. Thanks for using your skills to further inspire the play of words+images!
Love it. Wish there was a way to do this within Wordle, I'm sure others would have fun making their own.
Beautiful ! But I still don´t get how you did it..Enlighten me please..Can I do it with any other picture I want? How? Thanx a lot.
Very cool!
Love this. I would like to see the same thing done for all the states. I particularly am interested in Mississippi and Kentucky. If I could write it I would. However, that is not in my skill set.
I just found Wordle and I'm in love. You are brilliant and it sounds as though your son is following in your footsteps. Thank you for this program.
